To preface, this update is going to definitely be a shorter one. Last time I posted I was telling you about the journey I had experienced so far in my 1776 process. Well, as I write you today I am only hours away from the closing night performance, which is bittersweet. This experience has been not only incredibly fun, but it has also given me such growth as an actor that I truly hadn't expected, so I'm obviously sad to see it go. On the other hand, I can't wait to have a night free to rest up before tackling the 9-hour drive to Lexington, KY for SETC 2017 as #770! True, my number is pretty later on (we're talking out of 780 here), but this just means that I (and the other final members of the day) really get a chance to bring it home - legitimately, I can't wait. Stay tuned in the weeks to come to see if anything comes of it!
